Ingredients:
Prawns- 10 medium size
Rice flour-2 tsp
Corn flour- 1 tsp
Lime juice - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste -2 tsp
Soya Sauce - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Water - as needed
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste
Method:
1.Clean and devein the prawns.
2.Prepare a thick batter by adding together Rice flour,Corn flour,Lime juice,Ginger garlic paste,Soya sauce,red chilli powder and salt to taste.
3.Add few tsps of water to make the batter thick.
4.Marinate the prawns in this mixture for 15 mins.
